What a find and excellent value for money”

A great new build (6 mths old) hotel situated in the heart of Ban Kaphi, Bangkok. Not being fans of Bangkok we were pleasantly surprised. This hotel is located in a side street just off main road in a clean and quiet upcoming area with a couple of bars and restaurants. The hotel was excellent with standard basic rooms, A/C etc, spotless clean with clean beds and bed linen. We didn't book breakfast when booking and paid separately for this and it was cheaper. Breakfast was buffet style and more than adequate. We would stop here again and were so chuffed with our find. You really would not know that you were in the heart of Bangkok.

I love this hotel. This Hotel is news one , it just opened so everything in this hotel is brandnew, The bed is the Good here ,i can rest allnight long. It's not far from Mall and a big giant stadium that i visited and when i ask staff (they are very polite and helpful) for help they always smile and try to help me find the way to go anywhere that i want to go and give me a good advice. ( but sometimes they cannnot tell me everything that i want to know and not everyone can talk in English but always has someone can talk English with me all the time i stayed here) I enjoyed and happy with this hotel.

Quiet and Clean”

It is located nearby Ramkhamhaeng Road where you can find lots of restaurants and shops.

Clean, Friendly Staff, New hotel”

A clean and new hotel. The only negative is the hotel take chinese tour and everyday around 4 buses full of chinese tourism stay the hotel. Very clouded when take breakfast. Other than this everything is good. Staff is very helpful.

New, Clean and modern interior”

The room is new and clean. Front desks are friendly and helpful, with good command of English. Not easy to get street food, and highly depending on taxi or shutter motorbike to bring you to main street. As long as you specific the personal preference of the room, you will get what you want. Cons: Only one lift serving entire rooms. Room cleaning not entirely complete. The sink was not cleaned, new bed sheet was somehow made my back itchy. Not the hotel's fault. But noisy China tourist mess around the lobby, follow by 4:30am early morning call with all short of giblish and loud noise. Beware of Mosquito, as the surrounding area is not really clean.

Nice Hotel with Super Helpful Staff”

Building and room are still brand new (Apr'17), clean and spacious room. Adequate amenities. Great for traveller who need to visit the Rajamangala Stadium or Huamark Indoor arena. Need to wait a while to get a taxi, its faster to walk up to the main road and get one there. There's a 7-11 minimart close by and sufficient eating place nearby the hotel. No BTS or Metro access, main transport is taxi. Overall its a good experience staying at the hotel, the staffs are super helpful and nice.

Simple but Nice Hotel”

I like the soft of the bedsheet and the blanket. The size of the bed is big. If the hotel provided or improved the toiletries, It would be appreciated.

Very good ratio quality/ price. One concern about the lack of sound-proofing between the bedroom and the corridor.

Great budget hotel but poor location”

This is a new hotel with very clean and big rooms. The staff is attentive and helpful. The downside, is the location. It is in a quite residential area with no restaurants close by. So you have to take a cab to find good restaurants. However, it is a 20 min (170bhat with cab) drive to the airport. I also found the breakfast to be a little underwhelming for this type of restaurant. .

Not for the traveller/backpack ”

Hotel it’s self was basic did what it needed to do, beds comfortable, shower worked fine, fairly clean but few cobwebs here and there but nothing to cry about. Staff were amazing I can’t fault any single staff member. HOWEVER..... location was awful, very very remote from anything really! As a westerner I felt quite uncomfortable as I didn’t see any other westerners / backpackers. It was more a locals place, also not mentioned is this hotels neighbour was a dump (refuse site) for waste rubbish. We checked out a night early because is was just very quiet around the area.

Good service, value of money, clean room. There is subway construction nearby main road.

Above average”

The hotel is more groups oriented. The restaurant is not serving dinner. No restaurants within walking distance except the thai food stalls. No mini bar. It seems no laundry service too. They asked for 500 bht deposit at checkin i could not figure out why they took the deposit however, they give it back at checkout. One small elevator is serving the hotel which made us keep waiting every time we use it. I rate the hotel 3 stars budget hotel

For the price we paid we Certainly Lost Out from the breakfast The Hotel Only cater for Chinese and everything Was Cold Certainly Won’t have Breakfast Ever Again it needs to be looked at To cater for other nationalities..
